Tax Analyst I
Tax Analyst I at Wiz Co, an insurance brokerage and consortium and credit distributor. Handles billing, tax calculations, ancillary tax filings, and Tax Reform updates.
Tavsif
- Issue service invoices
- Record receipts and apply offsets to issued invoices
- Retrieve commission bases from insurance company websites
- Identify credits in bank accounts
- Maintain accounts receivable records and spreadsheet controls
- Reconcile bank and accounting records
- Prepare and present analytical reports
- Calculate ISS and track municipal tax legislation
- Calculate cumulative and non-cumulative PIS and COFINS
- File ancillary tax obligations, including DCTF, REINF, DCTF Web, PERDCOMP, ECF, ECD, EFD Contributions, and MIT
- Track Tax Reform changes involving IBS, CBS, and IS, and support billing process and system adjustments
- Support audits
Talablar
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in billing and invoice issuance, tax operations, and calculating federal and municipal taxes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Tax Reform and willingness to understand its impacts, especially those involving IBS, CBS, and IS
- Accounting and tax knowledge
- Protheus experience preferred
- Business Intelligence knowledge preferred
