Manage Swiss payroll operations, including tax withholding and social insurance, while supporting Paymira customers. Help users work independently in the software and contribute to more efficient payroll processes.

- Assist customers through the ticketing system
- Review and approve payroll runs, including withholding tax and social insurance calculations
- Help customers manage payroll independently
- Process UVG, KTG, MSE, EAE, and EO cases from notification through billing and onward referral
- Act as the primary contact for customer payroll matters
- Guide customers in using Paymira’s software
- Identify and improve workflow efficiencies
- Apply payroll expertise to the ongoing development of processes and software
Talablar
- Three to four years of experience handling Swiss payroll
- Strong knowledge of withholding tax, social insurance, and year-end payroll procedures
- Ability to manage multiple customer configurations and switch between them efficiently
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Additional payroll education or certification is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
- Interest in improving processes and working with software
