Staff FP&A Analyst, G&A

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls for Form Energy’s long-duration energy storage manufacturing business. Partner with engineering, R&D, G&A, and finance leaders to guide planning and decisions.

Tavsif

  • Build department budgets for operating expenses and capital investments.
  • Track spending against budget and explain variances.
  • Report financial results and key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Collect, assess, analyze, and report spending data.
  • Manage budget development and translate program plans into financial projections.
  • Lead budget reviews with business partners and engineering leaders.
  • Oversee financial reporting and planning across annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly reviews, and long-range plans.
  • Support controls such as purchase approvals, monthly accruals, budget reviews, and recurring risk assessments.
  • Work with Finance Systems and Finance Business Intelligence teams to create reporting dashboards.
  • Improve and standardize processes, simplify workflows, and enhance reporting.
  • Ensure financial records are accurate, well documented, and managed with operational discipline.
  • Partner with G&A teams and leaders, reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A.

Talablar

  • At least eight years of corporate finance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of expense accounting, including accruals, amortization, and capitalization.
  • Able to influence stakeholders, question existing processes, and lead ongoing improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work onsite in a hybrid role at a listed work location.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Available to work onsite at one of the offices at least three days per week.
