Maintain and improve IDEMIA Secure Transactions’ production platforms through automation, monitoring, reliability engineering, and incident response.
Tavsif
- Maintain production platforms and products governed by service-level agreements
- Automate operational processes to support consistent client service quality
- Strengthen platforms before and after launch by reviewing architecture, security, and implementation
- Optimize configurations and create supporting tools and monitoring for critical health metrics
- Track availability, performance, and overall platform health
- Restore platforms during production incidents to meet service-level targets
- Conduct root-cause investigations and post-incident reviews
- Improve non-functional requirements proactively with development and product teams
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board
- Assess release readiness, security, and maturity using automated smoke tests
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders
- Carry out basic problem analysis
- Follow deployment, incident-management, and problem-management procedures
- Communicate clearly and effectively as part of a team
