- Conduct scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and upgrades on automated pedestrian doors at customer sites
- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment, electrical circuits, and relay logic
- Handle aluminum frames, glazing materials, door hardware, and low-voltage wiring
- Communicate professionally with customers, end users, and contractors
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Join an on-call rotation after completing required certification and training
- Repair, troubleshoot, and upgrade sliding, swinging, and revolving door systems
- Provide dependable door solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction
Talablar
- Mechanical aptitude and experience repairing electro-mechanical equipment
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain AAADM certification within 12 months of hire and keep it current as required
- Understanding of basic electrical circuits and 120-volt low-voltage wiring
- Glazing, storefront, aluminum-frame, and hardware experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving history
- Ability to lift, bend, and operate power tools effectively
- Ability to occasionally lift, position, and install door components weighing up to 110 pounds using lifting aids, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to climb ladders, kneel, drive, and work in the positions required for the job
