Conduct scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and upgrades on automated pedestrian doors at customer sites
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment, electrical circuits, and relay logic
Handle aluminum frames, glazing materials, door hardware, and low-voltage wiring
Communicate professionally with customers, end users, and contractors
Deliver a high standard of customer service
Join an on-call rotation after completing required certification and training
Repair, troubleshoot, and upgrade sliding, swinging, and revolving door systems
Provide dependable door solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction

Талаптар

Mechanical aptitude and experience repairing electro-mechanical equipment
At least 21 years of age
Ability to obtain AAADM certification within 12 months of hire and keep it current as required
Understanding of basic electrical circuits and 120-volt low-voltage wiring
Glazing, storefront, aluminum-frame, and hardware experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving history
Ability to lift, bend, and operate power tools effectively
Ability to occasionally lift, position, and install door components weighing up to 110 pounds using lifting aids, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to climb ladders, kneel, drive, and work in the positions required for the job
