Tavsif

  • Design infrastructure solutions of moderate complexity.
  • Code, test, and certify technology platforms, software, and applications with limited supervision.
  • Create solutions for application design and infrastructure components.
  • Assess the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
  • Write and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Independently track advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
  • Manage large Windows Server environments spanning AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Support mission-critical enterprise Windows platforms in highly available, regulated settings.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing large Windows Server environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
  • Three to four years of hands-on experience managing large Windows Server environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure preferred.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with large Windows environments across on-premises and AWS cloud settings preferred.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical platforms in a 24/7 on-call production support model.
  • AWS and/or Microsoft Windows certifications preferred.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and securing Windows Server gold images or templates aligned with CIS, STIG, and NIST standards.
  • Strong background in vulnerability management and remediation, patch management, security compliance, and cybersecurity coordination.
  • Hands-on experience using Puppet for configuration management, infrastructure automation, system provisioning, and configuration compliance.
  • Extensive Microsoft SCCM/MECM experience spanning operating system deployment, software distribution, patching, inventory, and endpoint configuration.
  • Strong experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Organizational Units, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise authentication services.
  • Deep Windows engineering expertise, including server architecture, performance tuning, troubleshooting, hardening, PowerShell automation, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Windows platforms in highly available, regulated, mission-critical environments.
  • Knowledge of Windows security technologies, including Active Directory security, Privileged Access Management, certificate services, endpoint security, and audit and compliance controls.
  • Proficiency administering Windows Server systems and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere and VCF.
  • Proficiency managing Windows and Linux virtual machines.
  • Experience with CISCO UCS and DELL VxRAIL platforms.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, PowerShell, Python, and automation technologies.
  • Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/MECM, and Windows patch management solutions.
  • Ability to independently handle multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment, with strong customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
