Tavsif

  • Lead customer-facing features through discovery, technical design, implementation, testing, release, and production monitoring
  • Build performant Node.js and TypeScript APIs plus event-driven services that connect internal and third-party systems
  • Create modern React and TypeScript applications with accessible, resilient interfaces and dependable state and data management
  • Raise code quality through unit, integration, and UI testing, thoughtful reviews, and sound engineering practices
  • Evaluate architectural options across performance, cost, security, and developer productivity
  • Explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with Product and Design to define opportunities, scope solutions, and measure outcomes
  • Mentor engineers and strengthen team development practices
  • Use logs, traces, dashboards, and A/B experiments to instrument, evaluate, and improve products
  • Develop LOFT Moving and Moving Marketplace products that help residents move into new homes

Talablar

  • Bring 5 to 8+ years of experience developing production software
  • Have 3+ years of TypeScript experience across front-end and/or back-end development
  • Demonstrate advanced Node.js and TypeScript expertise, including Express, Fastify, NestJS or comparable frameworks, asynchronous programming, performance profiling, and memory and CPU optimization
  • Demonstrate advanced React and TypeScript expertise, including component architecture, hooks, state and data management, WCAG accessibility, and React Testing Library/Jest
  • Have experience designing reliable REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Understand OAuth2/OIDC, pagination, rate limiting, and telemetry
  • Use Jest confidently for unit and integration testing
  • Apply strong debugging and observability practices with logs, metrics, and traces
  • Lead technical discussions, produce design documents, and help shape product direction
  • Preferred: experience with queues or streams such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, or Service Bus
  • Preferred: familiarity with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes or ECS/AKS, and CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
  • Preferred: experience with web performance profiling, Web Vitals, CDN strategies, SRE practices, chaos testing, or OpenTelemetry
  • Preferred: knowledge of threat modeling, dependency scanning, SAST/DAST, or automated secrets management
