Tavsif

  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations for all entities, investigate discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
  • Prepare, post, and review journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
  • Oversee transactional accounting by accurately and promptly recording receipts, disbursements, and intercompany activity.
  • Manage month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and variance analysis.
  • Process fund distributions and calculate management fees according to governing documents.
  • Maintain accounting records for multi-entity fund structures and configure fund-specific QuickBooks workflows using sub-accounts and classes.
  • Create and maintain Excel models for manual allocations and reconciliations alongside QuickBooks.
  • Support annual fund audits by preparing schedules and documentation and responding to auditor requests.
  • Work with internal teams to collect information and support accurate financial reporting.
  • Protect confidential financial and investor information through careful and discreet handling.
  • Contribute to additional accounting projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Practical experience processing distributions and calculating management fees.
  • Background in accounting for multi-entity fund structures.
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise Online, including setting up sub-accounts and classes for fund-level tracking.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including building allocation and reconciliation models.
  • Experience providing support for fund audits.
  • Solid knowledge of bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential financial and investor information with discretion.
  • Active CPA license or comparable local qualification.
