- Manage backups, restores, replication, and high availability
- Automate database administration and standardize deployments with Ansible and AWX

- Expertise in automation and deployment standardization with Ansible/AWX
- Scripting and automation skills, with a focus on continuously improving operational processes
- Demonstrated experience in operational maintenance, production support, and incident response
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Able to work independently, attend to detail, and solve complex technical problems
- At least 10 years of database administration experience
- Extensive experience with business-critical production systems
