Join 3M’s Safety & Industrial Business Group as a brand design intern, creating visual assets for marketing, packaging, digital, and sales materials. Help deliver clear, on-brand communications across customer-facing projects.
Tavsif
- Develop visual assets for marketing, product, packaging, digital, and sales enablement materials
- Contribute concepts for campaigns, product launches, presentations, and brand storytelling
- Produce layouts, graphics, mockups, visual systems, and presentation materials
- Use 3M brand standards and design systems across customer-facing work
- Work with marketing, product management, communications, design, and business teams
- Turn complex industrial or safety information into clear visual communications
- Take part in design reviews, creative discussions, and cross-functional project meetings
- Help prepare production-ready deliverables with attention to accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards
- Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and support ongoing environmental, health, and safety improvement
Talablar
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher at an accredited institution
- Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
- Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and related design tools
- Have experience supporting brand management and execution across multiple formats
- Be able to establish, apply, and manage design guidelines
- Provide a strong portfolio showing visual design, branding, layout, typography, and concept development
- Apply brand guidelines while bringing creative thinking to design challenges
- Have strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Show interest in B2B marketing, industrial products, safety solutions, manufacturing, or technical industries
- Be able to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver quality work on schedule
- Be available for up to 10% domestic travel
