- Lead business analyst team activities across IT projects
- Guide and support newer business analysts
- Connect clients, project managers, and technical teams
- Define, document, and communicate business requirements and expected outcomes
- Create business specifications with clients at the outset of technical projects
- Assess, design, document, and recommend business process improvements
- Advance clients’ technology objectives through process improvement
- Confirm requirements through test-result approval and validation
- Apply Excel or SQL to measure expected business impact
- Support healthcare initiatives involving Medicaid programs, claims, and eligibility operations
Talablar
- At least six years of experience in a relevant business analyst role
- Three or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
- Experience with Medicaid claims processing and eligibility functions strongly preferred
- Understanding of programming concepts including configuration, development, and batch processing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or SQL skills
- Experience using requirements-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management tools
- Strong client communication skills
- Strong analytical, process re-engineering, and business process modeling abilities
- Ability to gather, elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required from day one
- Ability to learn client-specific systems, applications, and business process tools
