Senior Java Developer
Build and maintain a tax administration system for Miratech’s public-sector clients in Europe. Develop Java services and integrations, and contribute to testing and CI/CD.
Tavsif
- Build software components to design specifications.
- Integrate and test systems.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Write unit tests for software components.
- Help estimate project work and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with teammates and communicate with project stakeholders.
- Contribute technical guidance to product roadmaps.
- Take part in triage, including incident analysis and prioritization.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD processes.
- Develop and maintain tailored software for a major European public-sector technology services customer.
- Contribute to a tax administration system for declarations, tax calculations, assessments, and integrations with external systems.
Talablar
- At least 6 years of Java development experience.
- Strong experience with the Spring Framework and Quarkus.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, plus messaging tools such as Kafka and ActiveMQ.
- Sound understanding of software testing principles.
- Confident communication skills in English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Angular front-end development experience is an advantage.
- German or Swiss German language skills are an advantage.
