Tavsif

  • Develop production-grade full-stack applications spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, and enterprise integrations
  • Produce clean, testable, well-structured code across multiple languages and programming paradigms
  • Review code contributed by other developers
  • Create and integrate unit, integration, and system tests throughout the development lifecycle
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable event-driven and microservices architectures
  • Embed AI, ML, and LLM capabilities in client applications, including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, AI-assisted developer tools, and intelligent automation
  • Establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and delivery infrastructure
  • Support developer growth through pairing, code reviews, and timely feedback
  • Communicate technical risks, blockers, and changes affecting engagements to product leaders and architects
  • Modernize legacy platforms and develop new systems using suitable greenfield and brownfield approaches
  • Partner with Developers, Product, Design, Tech Leads, Architects, and Data Science to deliver features and capabilities
  • Contribute to end-to-end delivery of cloud-native digital aircraft maintenance products

Talablar

  • At least five years of professional software development or engineering experience delivering production software in enterprise, cloud, or product environments
  • At least five years of hands-on full-stack development experience delivering applications with frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and system integrations
  • At least five years of experience producing clean, testable, production-quality code and contributing across the SDLC, including code review, debugging, testing, and deployment support
  • At least three years of experience integrating AI, ML, or LLM capabilities into software, including model APIs, prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, or intelligent automation workflows
  • At least three years of experience delivering AI-, ML-, or LLM-powered product features in production, with awareness of lifecycle management, evaluation, monitoring, and operational risks
  • At least five years of experience with modern delivery practices, including source control, branching strategies, automated testing, CI/CD, and release management
  • At least five years of experience in complex enterprise or cloud environments involving distributed systems, multiple teams, shared platforms, or integration-heavy architectures
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, or Operations to achieve business outcomes
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Must not present a safeguarding risk for controlled goods
  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
  • Preferred experience with cloud-native architecture and delivery tools, including containers, Kubernetes or managed container services, infrastructure as code, and observability platforms
  • Preferred experience modernizing legacy systems or working in brownfield environments
  • Preferred experience with distributed systems, legacy modernization, multi-team dependencies, and integrated data or application ecosystems
  • Preferred experience with event-driven or microservices-based systems
  • Preferred experience working with structured and unstructured data, data cleaning, feature design, validation, quality checks, or analytical workflows
  • Preferred experience in aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, transportation, or similarly complex regulated sectors
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Candidates must complete the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process successfully
