Tavsif

  • Lead technical discovery with enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Design solutions for network access and bandwidth, device management, and security needs.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to resolve technical blockers in large enterprise deals.
  • Manage alignment with customer security requirements and lead security reviews, IT questionnaires, and architecture approvals.
  • Prepare customer-facing solution documents and architecture diagrams.
  • Coordinate with Deployment to support successful implementation.
  • Act as the senior escalation contact for complex enterprise IT, networking, and security issues.
  • Turn enterprise customer needs into technical requirements for Product and Engineering.
  • Develop reusable reference architectures and solution patterns for future enterprise needs.

Talablar

  • Bring 6–8 years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or enterprise IT or network engineering.
  • Have deep knowledge of corporate IT networking and systems, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, Linux internals, and edge or IoT architectures.
  • Be experienced in leading technical discussions with senior enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to gather enterprise customer requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements for Engineering.
  • Have a strong record of producing customer-facing technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.
  • Be familiar with enterprise security requirements and processes, including security reviews, IT questionnaires, and frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
  • Experience with 802.1X, certificate management or PKI, or enterprise device management is a plus.
  • Experience in large, multi-site environments such as warehouses, distribution centers, or retail is a plus.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
