Tavsif

  • Build and deliver marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, leads, and account openings.
  • Recommend the right mix of online and offline media channels.
  • Lead and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Strengthen visibility in search, AI search, and other high-intent discovery channels.
  • Improve landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead-nurturing journeys.
  • Evaluate campaign and funnel results, turning performance insights into actionable improvements.
  • Work closely with content, creative, SEO, PPC, analytics, and product teams.
  • Monitor marketing developments and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Help shape squad planning, priorities, and strategic direction.

Talablar

  • At least seven years of experience in digital, demand-generation, performance, or growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable growth through campaigns, search, conversion optimization, and funnel improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, CRO, lead generation, and customer journeys.
  • Analytical, data-led approach to marketing decisions.
  • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands-on.
  • Experience collaborating across functions in agile environments.
  • Strong commercial judgment and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Native-level Dutch or strong Dutch fluency.
  • Excellent command of English.
