Senior Construction and Real Estate Project Consultant
Lead complex construction and real estate projects for BOHNZIRLEWAGEN, representing clients and coordinating project delivery. The role covers project leadership, stakeholder management, and oversight of technical and commercial objectives.
Tavsif
- Lead complex real estate projects independently, taking technical and professional responsibility for new builds, modernizations, change-of-use projects, and maintenance.
- Represent clients and provide technical project leadership on major construction projects.
- Prepare and coordinate scopes of services, bills of quantities, and contract terms.
- Handle project representation duties and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Set project objectives and success criteria, then monitor progress against them.
- Coordinate internal and external partners and all project stakeholders.
Talablar
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of experience in process planning, construction planning or site supervision, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction technology and architecture.
- Knowledge of cost, schedule, and quality management.
- Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
- Engaged, communicative, and collaborative, with confidence in working with clients and project partners.
- Very good German skills (at least C1/C2).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Very good command of MS Office.
- Confident presentation skills and a structured working style.
