Tavsif

  • Join Optro’s growing legal team and support enterprise and strategic transactions.
  • Lead customer negotiations independently and advise on core commercial agreements.
  • Improve contracting processes as the company scales.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, executives, sales, and information security.
  • Support Area Directors and their teams on enterprise and strategic deals.
  • Provide guidance on subscription, data-processing, partner, and vendor agreements.

Talablar

  • Bring 8+ years of in-house transactional experience working with customers, partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, and executives.
  • Have 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements, amendments, and order forms with enterprise customers.
  • Understand the complete contract lifecycle, from NDA through internal approvals and signature.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools to edit and manage contracts.
  • Show a growth mindset and manage multiple concurrent projects through completion within required timelines.
  • Contribute as a flexible team player who can address unique issues in real time.
  • Be licensed to practice law and in good standing in your state of residence.
