Tavsif

  • Lead clinical discussions during customer education and implementation.
  • Apply advanced expertise to address complex clinical needs.
  • Assess workflows in detail and help improve clinical processes.
  • Train clinicians on Philips ultrasound solutions.
  • Deliver education on site, at Philips Learning Centers, through virtual platforms, and at symposia.
  • Stay current on clinical practices, industry trends, and Philips technologies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather, assess, and share customer feedback.
  • Create and improve advanced learning content using adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional methods.
  • Lead and contribute to improvement initiatives with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to design and deliver learning solutions that can scale.
  • Travel 75% or more; occasional work outside standard hours and on weekends may be required.

Talablar

  • At least three years scanning in a hospital setting as a registered cardiovascular sonographer.
  • Current RDCS registration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare consulting, clinical education and training, clinical practice, instructional design, or an equivalent medical sonography qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience training, educating, or mentoring clinicians in cardiovascular ultrasound applications.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify improvement opportunities, work independently, and support broader organizational goals.
  • Willingness to travel 75% or more.
  • U.S. work authorization; candidates who need current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible.
  • Ability to meet the role’s minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements, with or without accommodation.
  • Philips, pediatric, and structural heart experience preferred.
  • Experience in clinical applications, clinical education, ultrasound leadership, program management, or healthcare industry roles preferred.
  • RVT and AE registrations preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
