Tavsif

  • Direct complex hotel spend consulting projects from strategy and scope through timelines and governance.
  • Analyze travel and hotel program data with Advito’s proprietary tools and third-party platforms.
  • Surface trends, savings opportunities, program risks, and operational efficiencies.
  • Turn analysis into strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Advise clients and support their decisions and organizational change.
  • Keep project plans, records, and activities current in project, client relationship, and analytics tools.
  • Lead internal and client teams by setting roles, assigning and tracking work, resolving issues, and delivering client-ready work on time.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level materials.
  • Help grow the practice through process and product improvements, solution development, and collaboration on client opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor consultants and other colleagues.

Talablar

  • Substantial experience in client-facing consulting, customer success, hotel operations or sales, hotel program management, travel suppliers, or corporate travel.
  • Track record leading complex projects or consulting engagements.
  • Experience with hotel sourcing or procurement, supplier negotiations, program optimization, travel data, travel pricing, or supplier discount programs.
  • Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent spoken, visual, and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and set boundaries.
  • Proactive, consultative approach with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence decisions.
  • Collaborative leadership style and willingness to coach others.
  • Experience creating and presenting data-based recommendations to senior client stakeholders or executives.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues or leading cross-functional and global teams.
  • Management consulting, financial analysis, travel supplier management, or agency management experience is helpful.
  • Comfort working with evolving technology and using it as an enabler.
