Tavsif

  • Draft, analyze, and review commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents.
  • Implement and maintain legal compliance across areas including personal data, marketing, payments, and consumer protection.
  • Assess laws in tier-one markets covering data privacy, consumer rights, and artificial intelligence regulation.
  • Develop practical guidance and action plans to help the business meet legal requirements.
  • Partner with product managers and engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to reduce legal risk.
  • Resolve consumer complaints and work with government authorities during investigations.
  • Identify and address potential legal risks in the company’s operating jurisdictions, focusing on North America, Europe, and Central Africa.
  • Provide legal support for day-to-day company operations.
  • Coordinate with business partners, law firms, and service providers across jurisdictions.
  • Help create products for users worldwide.

Talablar

  • Fluent English, including the ability to prepare legal documents.
  • International certifications such as IELTS or TOEFL are an advantage.
  • At least three years of relevant experience at an international or leading law firm, in-house at a product IT company, or at a Big Four auditing firm.
  • A strong academic record at a top law university.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Initiative and willingness to handle a broad range of legal work using creative thinking.
  • Hardworking, organized, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of how product-based IT companies operate.
  • Knowledge of consumer protection and data privacy laws in the United States, European Union, and other tier-one markets.
  • Participation in moot court.
