Recruit and grow publisher partnerships for a performance marketing company. Optimize campaigns and negotiate commercial terms to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Tavsif
- Source and onboard publishers, developing lasting commercial partnerships.
- Improve existing publisher relationships to boost campaign results and revenue.
- Grow and manage a sales pipeline through calls, email, meetings, and industry events.
- Coordinate with advertisers and internal sales teams to understand acquisition goals and uncover growth opportunities.
- Track campaign results, assess performance metrics, and introduce improvements.
- Project revenue and meet or exceed targets for KPIs, traffic, and revenue.
- Agree commercial terms and oversee multiple accounts in a fast-moving setting.
- Keep current with affiliate marketing trends, market changes, and industry practices.
Talablar
- Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably at an affiliate network.
- An established publisher network and a track record of bringing in new partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical ability and familiarity with campaign performance metrics.
- A commercial mindset, initiative, and focus on results, with the ability to spot and close opportunities promptly.
- Able to prioritize competing tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English; Ukrainian and/or Russian is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Familiarity with ad operations, campaign tracking, and affiliate marketing tools is an advantage.
