Tavsif

  • Help clients design solutions that build trust, improve performance, and identify, monitor, and forecast risk.
  • Apply advanced analytics, data-wrangling technologies, and automation tools to improve decision-making accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to system transformation projects before and after implementation across audit and non-audit engagements.
  • Support data migration, governance, and analytics workstreams.
  • Use SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Databricks for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Contribute to regulatory, workforce, financial reporting, and automation initiatives.
  • Oversee complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client engagements and internal projects, including budgets, risks, and quality controls.
  • Create reports and other deliverables for clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain internal and external professional relationships.
  • Help identify business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members.
  • Assist Engagement Managers with scoping and engagement planning.
  • Perform advanced analysis to support testing procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with regional and local teams and clients.
  • Prepare client deliverables for Engagement Leader review.
  • Oversee engagement-team project economics.
  • Complete basic review work and coach junior colleagues.
  • Assess documentation for quality, clarity, and completeness while identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, financial mathematics, mathematical economics, quantitative finance, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least four years of relevant experience, preferably with a public accounting firm or large corporation.
  • At least three years of assurance experience covering internal controls or business process testing.
  • Experience in technology risk, including IT general controls and information security.
  • Prior experience working in shared service delivery centers.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Alteryx and Power BI, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, and/or technology security management.
  • Programming experience with SQL, Python, or R.
  • Background in accounting and consulting.
  • Advanced understanding of financial and operational risk management and compliance requirements.
  • Financial services knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability and meticulous attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • CIA, CISA, or ITIL certification is preferred.
  • CA, CPA, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
