Tavsif
- Assess client-submitted enhancement opportunities and improvement requests
- Write business requirements and functional specifications
- Create test plans and automate tests for new enhancements and existing features to verify non-regression
- Track changes in public-sector regulations
- Apply relevant laws, decrees, and circulars to product functionality
- Support Agile development practices through refinement sessions, Sprint planning, and end-of-Sprint demonstrations
- Introduce new features to Development teams
- Work closely with Development, Product Marketing, Sales Management, and User Support
Talablar
- Specialized education or training in Public Finance
- At least five years of experience with a software publisher or within a public-sector organization
- Strong understanding of public-sector accounting
- Strong analytical, summarization, and written communication abilities
- Self-directed, well organized, and effective in interpersonal situations
- Ability to use AI tools in line with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
