Partner Billing Specialist (Remote, Pakistan)

Motive is seeking a Partner Billing Specialist in Pakistan to manage partner billing, purchase-order forecasting, invoicing, and payout operations. The role supports financial accuracy across partnerships for Motive’s AI-powered physical-operations platform.

SQL

Tavsif

  • Manage the execution and oversight of partner billing activities
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payments and invoices across Insurance, Strategic, Franchise, and Networks partner programs
  • Forecast and manage purchase-order requisitions while driving approvals that support compliance and prevent payment delays
  • Work with external partners to resolve billing questions and maintain alignment
  • Use SQL in Snowflake to manage partnership charges from Finance, Product, and Quote to Cash tables in Google Sheets
  • Partner with the Partnerships Operations Manager to preserve data accuracy and produce dependable reporting
  • Complete the financial onboarding of new partners across the Motive ecosystem’s core tools
  • Establish payout logic and maintain trackers for clear, accurate revenue-share and payout management
  • Contribute as a key individual contributor to the financial health of Motive’s partnerships

Talablar

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Operations, Business Administration, Partnerships, or a related analytical field
  • Experience in billing, finance operations, partner operations, or accounts payable/receivable is strongly preferred
  • Experience with SQL and new AI tools, or a strong willingness to learn them, is required
  • Ability to write and run basic SQL queries across datasets in multiple business systems; SQL training may be provided if needed
  • Demonstrated accountability for individual and team objectives
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage complex purchase-order requisitions, forecasting, and cross-functional approval workflows independently
  • Sound independent judgment and comfort working through ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to turn operational or financial requirements into clear next steps for external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong data-stewardship skills, including tracking complex logic and using Google Sheets or Excel accurately
  • Authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations; no specific educational credential is required
