Part-Time Water Filtration Field Technician in Chicago (Hybrid)
Maintain and document water vending machines at assigned Chicago retail locations on a recurring route. This flexible part-time role includes mileage in the pay and does not involve repairs.
Tavsif
- Visit designated retail stores weekly or every other week
- Clean and disinfect the interior and exterior of water vending machines
- Record meter readings and service details in assigned reports
- Capture photos of each machine during every service visit
- Send completed service reports to the home office
- Flag damage, mechanical problems, and unusual site conditions
- Maintain, document, and report on machines without performing repairs
Talablar
- Have access to a dependable vehicle
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Use a smartphone with a camera for submitting photos
- Demonstrate careful attention to detail and follow checklists accurately
- Attend scheduled service visits reliably
- Water systems experience is not required
- Experience in field service, retail merchandising, delivery routes, janitorial work, or a comparable area is beneficial
- Work effectively without direct supervision
- Communicate clearly with relevant contacts
