Tavsif

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales lead data to support opportunity tracking and timely follow-ups.
  • Handle routine business administration, including occasional invoice follow-ups and other general tasks.
  • Join a brief weekly meeting to review leads, agree priorities, and monitor action items.
  • Create and send a monthly Mailchimp newsletter using supplied copy, with a modern, engaging, and consistent brand design.
  • Produce attractive social media content in Canva while helping coordinate and deliver the broader content plan.
  • Suggest practical marketing and social media initiatives and monitor current trends to strengthen audience engagement.

Talablar

  • Experience providing virtual assistance, managing CRM data, and supporting general business administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and Mailchimp.
  • Practical experience creating social media content and visual marketing materials.
  • A proactive, creative approach with the confidence to suggest marketing ideas and contribute to strategy.
  • Excellent organisation, close attention to detail, and a dependable, self-directed working style.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively through Zoom, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is desirable, with handover and training available.

Imtiyozlar

  • Part-time independent contract of approximately 10 hours per week initially, with potential for additional hours as the role develops.
