Tavsif

  • Create organic marketing strategies that increase traffic and eCommerce revenue for assigned client accounts
  • Guide quarterly organic marketing planning for clients
  • Manage campaign tasks and timelines in partnership with the Design team
  • Plan and deliver campaigns through email, SMS, organic social media, and other assigned channels
  • Build, refine, and maintain email and SMS automation programs
  • Apply audience segmentation to strengthen performance and deliverability
  • Partner with Design on responsive email templates and more complex creative requirements
  • Develop email and SMS messaging along with straightforward image and video assets
  • Coordinate organic social publishing and create social content for clients
  • Review marketing assets internally and secure client approval where needed
  • Create promotional discount plans with the Growth Strategy team
  • Configure and launch promotion codes
  • Update homepage banners on assigned client Shopify stores
  • Track performance weekly and prepare monthly, quarterly, and special reports
  • Share reporting with clients and respond to questions about performance
  • Evaluate data from email platforms, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other sources
  • Track competitors’ organic marketing activity
  • Keep current through research and training on digital marketing practices and industry developments
  • Share relevant industry updates and best practices with clients and internal teams
  • Build effective communication routines with colleagues and clients

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Experience in eCommerce is advantageous
  • Agency background is advantageous
  • Proactive, independent learner who can teach themselves new skills when needed
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Collaborative team member with strong communication abilities
  • Able to build and sustain positive colleague and client relationships
  • English-language resume
  • Comfort working in a high-speed eCommerce retail setting
