Provide on-site support for organ donation by recording medical information, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and communicating compassionately with donor families.

- Accurately and comprehensively enter medical information into donor management software
- Coordinate donation activities and communication among donor families and medical personnel
- Support families of potential donors and discuss donation opportunities with recently bereaved families using empathy and sensitivity
- Handle additional related responsibilities as assigned
- Complete a video screening within 48 hours of applying to remain under consideration
Talablar
- Associate degree or higher in a health-related discipline, or nursing or paramedic/EMT certification
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare-related role, including use of medical terminology
- Practical proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Capacity to make independent decisions while managing multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with careful attention to detail and organization
- New hires must receive their first COVID-19 vaccine dose by the anticipated start date or provide vaccination documentation
