Nokia Delivery Billing Execution Specialist (Hybrid, Canada)
Nokia is hiring a Delivery Billing Execution Specialist to coordinate customer orders, logistics, invoicing, and order-to-cash compliance. The role partners with Supply Chain, Finance, Project, and Delivery Operations teams to support revenue execution.
Tavsif
- Oversee customer order execution from fulfillment through shipment.
- Coordinate delivery planning, logistics, and shipment activities with Project Managers and partner teams.
- Administer invoicing workflows, including issuing and managing debit and credit notes.
- Resolve billing exceptions and complete order closures to support timely revenue recognition.
- Track delivery milestones, shipment readiness, and logistics performance against customer expectations.
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls, company policies, and operational governance standards.
- Recommend process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Project Management, Delivery Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain current knowledge of international logistics, trade compliance, and customer delivery practices.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience managing billing operations, delivery execution, or related functions in a global environment.
- Solid knowledge of the order-to-cash lifecycle, including delivery execution and logistics coordination.
- Essential experience with SAP SD ERP and related business systems.
- Knowledge of international logistics, trade compliance, and customer delivery processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global workplace.
- Eligibility to meet NSA/CAPS approval requirements.
- Fluent English is required; Spanish fluency is an asset.
- Experience with letters of credit, export and import documentation, and customs is beneficial.
