  • Launch and optimize PPC campaigns, with a focus on paid search, to improve return on investment.
  • Make real-time strategic adjustments to strengthen campaign performance.
  • Develop and deliver complex digital marketing strategies and projects.
  • Track key performance indicators and work toward exceeding performance targets.
  • Apply data analysis, biddable-media trends, automation, and bidding methods to improve campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy that connects with audiences and encourages engagement.

Talablar

  • 2–5 years of practical experience launching, optimizing, and scaling global performance-based Paid Search campaigns.
  • Experience using Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • A track record of managing large or uncapped budgets while meeting performance KPIs.
  • Experience introducing search campaigns for new brands entering a market.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Working knowledge of Google’s algorithm.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking, including pixels and tags.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing automation tools and bidding strategies.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and relevant PPC platforms.
  • A genuine interest in Paid Search and digital performance marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
  • A strategic, curious, experimental, and data-informed approach to problem-solving.
