Welcome patients and coordinate appointments, examinations, and medical records within the hepato-gastroenterology department. Work closely with physicians and the technical platform team at Hôpital Suburbain du Bouscat.
Tavsif
- Welcome patients both in person and by telephone
- Arrange outpatient appointments
- Plan and coordinate operating-room activities with departmental teams
- Proofread or type examination reports and departmental correspondence
- Code outpatient procedures performed by the department
- Maintain, file, and digitally archive medical records
- Support the department’s development and day-to-day operations, including departmental meetings
- Collaborate closely with the technical platform team and department physicians
- Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Available to start as soon as possible
Talablar
- Mandatory qualification as a medical secretary
- Professional experience in a medical secretarial role
- Familiarity with comparable responsibilities, especially operating-room department administration, is preferred
