Tavsif

  • Oversee daily social media activity on Instagram, Facebook, Substack, LinkedIn, and TikTok for B2B and B2C brands
  • Plan, produce, schedule, and publish content tailored to each platform
  • Coordinate content calendars for multiple brands
  • Adjust messaging and creative execution for different platforms and audience segments
  • Help launch and grow a new TikTok channel
  • Create graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos with Canva and CapCut
  • Edit short-form videos with captions, transitions, music, and on-screen text
  • Keep brand-specific templates and visual standards consistent
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms
  • Assist with creating, formatting, and publishing Substack newsletters
  • Measure subscriber engagement and newsletter open rates
  • Track trends, algorithm updates, content formats, and competitor activity
  • Proactively share trend insights and content concepts with the Marketing Manager
  • Contribute to marketing planning discussions
  • Manage LinkedIn company pages, including publishing, engagement, thought leadership, industry commentary, and brand positioning
  • Measure engagement, reach, follower growth, and overall content performance
  • Prepare performance reports and recommendations for the Marketing Manager
  • Develop toward ownership of content strategy, campaign planning, and cross-brand marketing programs

Talablar

  • Available for a full-time role
  • Work fully remotely
  • Demonstrated social media marketing experience across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Practical experience using Canva for graphic design and content production
  • Practical experience with CapCut or a comparable short-form video editing tool
  • Strong knowledge of platform formats, algorithms, and content best practices
  • Experience creating or managing TikTok content, or a demonstrated understanding of TikTok strategy
  • Experience using Substack or a comparable email or newsletter platform
  • Strong creative judgment
  • Proactive communication and idea development
