Tavsif

  • Guide data products from early concepts and workflows through interaction and visual design.
  • Set product direction and roadmaps for supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing solutions.
  • Create and refine ontologies that define objects, properties, relationships, and actions.
  • Plan and conduct surveys, interviews, usability sessions, contextual research, and A/B tests.
  • Visit customer offices to understand user needs firsthand.
  • Use user research alongside product and usage data to inform decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
  • Build and maintain a design system that can scale across products.
  • Prototype and develop products with engineers using Palantir Foundry.
  • Work across product management, engineering, research, and other teams.
  • Specify and document product needs, data sources, processing, and analytics capabilities.
  • Own backlog prioritization and management.
  • Guide product design, development, testing, and release.
  • Write user stories that connect work to portfolio value.
  • Set KPIs and assess product performance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leaders.
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical groups.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies and product sprints while promoting SAFe practices.

Talablar

  • At least 3 years of experience developing taxonomies and ontologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience preparing, conducting, and analyzing user research.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Tableau, SQL, R, and Python.
  • At least 5 years of experience working on products built with Agile software development practices.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
  • Experience working on a Scrum team or in a similar Agile project environment.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a directly related equivalent qualification earned outside the United States.
  • Experience with product design and processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with aerospace systems.
  • U.S. Person status is required for export control compliance.
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required by the U.S. Government.
  • Interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance is required after starting.
  • The employer does not sponsor employment visas.
  • Must live in the immediate area or relocate at personal expense.
  • Must pass the company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.
  • The role may require travel up to 10% of the time.
