- Serve as the primary analytics partner for senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
- Turn unclear business questions into defined requirements, success measures, and analytical briefs
- Identify insights, trends, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decisions
- Contribute to CRM consolidation, demand intelligence improvements, territory and book-of-business changes, and forecasting enhancements

- Collaborate with Data Analytics Engineers on analytical data models
- Check data accuracy and integrity while supporting data governance and metric documentation
- Produce dependable, scalable analytical outputs and complete projects on schedule
Talablar
- At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or business intelligence within a SaaS or technology-focused organization
- Background supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or commercial analytics teams
- Advanced SQL capability, including complex query development, data issue debugging, and cloud data warehouse work
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to scope, structure, and document analytical needs
- Demonstrated project management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating and delivering stakeholder enablement for data, dashboards, or analytics tools
- Track record of producing executive dashboards and self-service reporting; Power BI experience is preferred
- Strong commercial judgment and revenue-focused business understanding
- Confident, regular professional use of LLM tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic Claude
- Databricks experience is strongly preferred
- Preferred hands-on experience with Databricks SQL warehouses, notebooks, and Lakehouse architecture
- Experience using Claude Code or comparable AI coding assistants is preferred
- Preferred familiarity with Salesforce, pipeline reporting, forecasting, MEDDPICC, and territory models
- Preferred hands-on experience with Clay
