Junior Billing and Collection Specialist - Remote

Junior billing analyst responsible for billing, collections, payments, and reconciliations for BICS, a global telecommunications enabler. Supports trade finance operations across international telecom partner portfolios.

Tavsif

  • Manage end-to-end trade finance activities spanning billing, collections, and payments
  • Prepare, validate, submit, and issue revenue and cost invoices
  • Resolve billing disputes by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Carry out collection activities and follow up with partners on overdue invoices
  • Process outgoing payments and accurately allocate incoming cash
  • Oversee billing, collection, and payment cycles for assigned partner portfolios
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of trade partners
  • Work with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations stakeholders
  • Support initiatives focused on process improvement and automation
  • Track and report KPIs such as DSO, DPO, billing accuracy, open disputes, and cash flow
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and internal control reviews
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned trade finance operations

Talablar

  • At least two years of preferred experience in billing, collections, payment management, or related financial operations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent English communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing; additional languages are an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • In-depth understanding of billing, collection, and payment processes
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused working style
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ERP or finance tools
  • Familiarity with automation and AI tools, including Power BI, YayPay, and D365
  • Experience in the telecommunications and IT industries is required
