ERP

Tavsif

  • Represent the Head of Management Control, by delegation, within a Production Division
  • Advise the management committee and operational leaders on improving financial and operational performance
  • Serve as the business partner for a Production Division in Greater Lyon
  • Act as the financial reference for the Production Director and direct reports in performance management
  • Contribute to performance reviews, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Challenge the Division’s performance and productivity while encouraging improvement
  • Deliver dependable financial assessments to inform decisions
  • Identify risks and opportunities and escalate them to management
  • Oversee inventory provisions, write-offs, and project expenses across the Global Supply perimeter in Greater Lyon
  • Prepare monthly closings, provision entries, and reports for the Management Committee, Social and Economic Committee (CSE), and ING
  • Coordinate with France Capex Project Controlling, Corporate, Accounting, and GBS
  • Develop analyses for presentations and budget reviews
  • Support projects that improve management control methods, processes, and systems
  • Provide cover for colleagues within the team
  • Analyze changes in SCORE standard costs

Talablar

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Management Control
  • At least five years of experience in industrial management control
  • Ability to challenge operational teams and build strong relationships in multicultural and matrix environments
  • Ability to handle complex and varied topics and stakeholder groups at local and global levels
  • Ability to manage a broad technical scope with specific requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of divisional financial performance, including activity, expenses, yield variances, and write-offs across multiple sites
  • Strong interest in IT tools, including Excel, ERP, and management/reporting systems
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work independently
