In-House Legal Counsel - Athens Hybrid
Provide in-house legal support to Spotawheel across corporate matters, contracts, governance and compliance. Oversee collections litigation and advise management and business teams on day-to-day legal issues.
Tavsif
- Manage daily corporate legal work, including board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes and company records
- Draft and review shareholders’ agreements and other corporate documents using established company templates
- Review and negotiate leases and contracts with suppliers, customers, investors and lenders
- Support corporate governance, KYC activities and legal due diligence requests and processes
- Oversee legal document execution and organization, including electronic signatures and record retention
- Coordinate external legal advisers and oversee their participation in company legal matters
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution work, including project coordination and external counsel support for debt collection
- Give the Collections team practical, case-specific legal guidance
- Provide ongoing legal advice to management and internal business teams
- Create and maintain legal templates, procedures and records as needed
- Serve as the company’s primary internal contact for legal matters and liaise with external parties when appropriate
Talablar
- Qualified lawyer with four to seven years of relevant professional experience
- Substantial corporate law experience, including reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English and Greek
- Sound knowledge of company law and corporate governance
- Litigation, dispute resolution and debt or collections recovery experience, including court proceedings and enforcement, is highly valued
- Ability to work effectively with external counsel on litigation, dispute resolution and debt or collections recovery matters
- Fluent written and spoken English
- English law experience is advantageous
- Able to work independently and prioritize a varied workload with limited supervision
- Practical legal judgment and strong attention to detail
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills
- Motivated to understand the business and collaborate closely with management and internal teams
- Confident working with external lawyers, customers, suppliers, investors and lenders
