  • Prepare, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and suppliers, including software licences, MSAs, service agreements, DPAs and NDAs
  • Draft and complete supplier contracts for software licensing, cloud services, consultancy and other technology services
  • Address flow-down and flow-up risks within supplier agreements
  • Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders and senior leaders on contracts and commercial exposure
  • Support technology transactions involving intellectual property and data protection compliance
  • Help develop and maintain internal policies and procedures for legal and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with external lawyers when needed to obtain focused, cost-effective advice
  • Track relevant legal and regulatory changes and explain their implications to the business
  • Collaborate with the Legal Director, Group Commercial Director, Chief Financial and Commercial Officer, and wider cross-functional teams

Talablar

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, or admitted in an equivalent jurisdiction
  • At least five years’ post-qualification experience focused on complex commercial contracts in technology, FinTech or BPO
  • Demonstrated ability to independently draft, negotiate and finalise complex commercial agreements, preferably in a technology-led business
  • Experience leading negotiations for technology agreements, including software licensing and cloud computing contracts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Able to work independently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
