Tavsif

  • Select Honeywell hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services to design building control systems, including DDC controllers.
  • Engineer control hardware and software, graphics, as-built details, sequences, drawings, valve and damper sizing, device selections, and schedules.
  • Explain technical concepts and solutions to internal and external customers.
  • Visit sites and review customer specifications.
  • Identify proposal-cycle opportunities, risks, and the resources needed to deliver results.
  • Review contract plans, scopes, specifications, survey data, sales sketches, estimates, and take-off sheets to identify proposal opportunities.
  • Establish engineering requirements before work begins.
  • Prepare submittals to engineering standards and meet committed dates.
  • Review submittals with project teams and secure hardware submittal approval.
  • Help Sales and Project Managers with surveys, application selection, retrofit layouts, and assessments of customer goals and strategies.
  • Estimate change orders for active projects.
  • Explain solution and service features and benefits to sales teams and customers.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and engineers while supporting Project Managers.
  • Produce job drawings by required deadlines.
  • Program sequences with functional blocks after the consultant approves hardware drawings.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • Two to three years of experience in HVAC controls engineering.
  • One year of experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to understand application programming for HVAC control systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of PCs, software, networks, and internet technologies.
  • Experience preparing documentation such as reports, submittals, and drawings.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and constraints and propose cost-effective service solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
