- Analyze data from multiple sources
- Conduct rigorous, methodologically sound data analyses and evaluations
- Interpret findings and deliver useful insights to internal and external clients and stakeholders
- Support the collection, analysis, and presentation of data for project and team decisions
- Translate analytical findings into practical information that advances project goals and healthcare improvement efforts
- Work with project teams to ensure analytical deliverables meet internal and external customer needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to clarify project objectives and analytical requirements
- Provide analytical support for initiatives focused on improving healthcare in communities
- Coordinate with analytics and project teams to apply appropriate data governance practices
- Promote the appropriate and responsible use of data throughout the analytical process
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Two years of experience in data analysis, research, or another relevant field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
