- Establish the marketing organization for the Process Engineering Solutions business unit.
- Advance competitiveness, innovation, and sustainable growth.
- Set go-to-market strategies, business plans, and performance KPIs using customer, market, and competitor insights.
- Develop leads and improve the customer journey.
- Partner with sales to support revenue growth.
- Use customer data and insights to guide decisions.
- Equip sales and management with actionable intelligence across the sales funnel.
- Report to BU President Christian Thomsen.
- Serve on the BU PES management team.
- Work across Copenhagen and Brussels.
Talablar
- Demonstrated marketing leadership experience, ideally in process engineering or a related sector.
