Front-End Software Engineer II (Angular)
Build Angular interfaces for Global Payments’ embedded-payments portal, including merchant-management workflows, dashboards, and payment operations. Help develop scalable AWS services supporting payment processing.
Tavsif
- Partner with engineers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Help build a scalable AWS platform using sound engineering practices
- Refine business requirements and advance the payments platform with stakeholders
- Take end-to-end ownership of services delivered by the engineer and team
- Contribute to team code reviews
- Support the growth of less experienced team members through mentoring
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on team-owned projects and features
- Deliver and maintain the portal application for merchant boarding, users, transactions, funding, disbursements, chargebacks, risk controls, and access controls
- Build merchant-facing tools for transaction and funding analysis
- Develop reporting, analysis features, and dashboards for payment-processing users
Talablar
- At least 5 years of software-development experience, with expert knowledge of engineering best practices, architectural patterns, and code-design principles
- At least 3 years of experience developing front-end applications with Angular
- At least 2 years of experience with ExpressJS backend development
- Strong understanding of large-scale software systems
- Practical experience with relational databases, including Postgres and MariaDB
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle stages and best practices
- Proven ability to take technical ownership of medium-sized features involving multiple team members
- Experience using foundational cloud services to build and operate cloud-native applications
