Mindrift is seeking a freelance graphic designer in India to create logos, visual identities, layouts, infographics, templates, and marketing assets for AI technology projects. The role focuses on delivering polished visual work for the Tendem project.

Tavsif

  • Develop professional logo and visual identity concepts from creative briefs and brand requirements
  • Generate varied logo directions and turn abstract brand ideas into effective visual systems
  • Apply branding principles consistently across all design assets
  • Produce clean layouts, modern infographics, and well-structured visual hierarchies
  • Build reusable templates for social media, marketing materials, and one-page documents
  • Use typography, grid systems, and composition deliberately to strengthen communications
  • Turn raw information and concepts into refined assets for marketing and communications
  • Review designs for visual alignment, color accuracy, and layout consistency before submission
  • Support the Tendem project across logo design, brand identity, layouts, infographics, social templates, one-pagers, and marketing collateral
  • Complete the qualification process and work independently on active projects

Talablar

  • Relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable, ideally at the 1–2 year level
  • A strong portfolio showing professional graphic design, logo, branding, or visual identity work
  • Original logo concepts and visual identity projects included in the portfolio
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and convert abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts
  • Strong command of branding principles, typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
  • Advanced understanding of typography, grid systems, and visual composition
  • Ability to produce contemporary infographics and social media templates
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Ability to create one-page documents and digital templates in varied formats
  • Adaptable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to producing polished, professional-quality visual assets
  • Self-management skills for handling multiple visual assignments independently
  • Submit a CV written in English
  • Include a portfolio link with relevant graphic design examples in the CV; applications without one will not be considered
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline is a plus
