Tavsif

  • Shape distinctive visual identities for real-world brands and products within the Tendem project
  • Use brand strategy, visual identity, and design-system expertise to produce cohesive, modern, high-impact assets
  • Establish core brand foundations, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color palettes
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver variations of essential brand elements
  • Maintain brand consistency across internal and external materials such as pitch decks and social media kits
  • Create scalable visual systems designed for durability and aligned with current design standards
  • Review designs across platforms to confirm that brand aesthetics work across digital and print formats
  • Apply as a specialist, complete the required qualification(s), and contribute to suitable projects

Talablar

  • At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related creative field is a plus
  • Portfolio with a strong focus on brand identity, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
  • Strong understanding of how branding principles carry across digital and print formats
  • Strategic, highly detail-oriented approach to design work
  • Ability to work independently while developing durable visual systems
  • Expertise in creating foundational brand assets from the ground up, including scalable logos, distinctive color palettes, and typography systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma
  • Ability to express brand DNA through social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and print materials
  • Strong organizational skills for creating clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries
  • Strategic, detail-focused mindset oriented toward long-term brand equity
  • Commitment to visual consistency and responsibility as a brand gatekeeper
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver polished assets
  • CV must include a portfolio featuring branding work such as logos, identity systems, and guidelines
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher is required
