Manage contractual risk and commercial commitments for Dematic intralogistics projects across France, the UK, Spain, and Germany. The role covers compliance, negotiations, claims, and contract governance.

Tavsif

  • Assess contractual risks and create mitigation plans aligned with internal policies and procedures.
  • Work with Project Management, Controlling, and Project Procurement to protect Dematic’s contractual position throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Help prepare governance and approval materials to support compliance and timely decisions.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain alignment across all project phases.
  • Track contractual obligations and compliance with payment milestones, accounting requirements, guarantees, bonds, and other commercial commitments.
  • Lead or assist with settlement discussions and negotiations involving customers, suppliers, and other contract partners.
  • Support effective project delivery by identifying opportunities early, resolving contractual issues, and reducing risk.

Talablar

  • University degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline, together with a sound understanding of accounting and finance.
  • Proven project management ability, including managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Relevant background in contract or claims management, contract analysis and drafting, or legal advisory work, preferably on large-scale projects.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • Additional French, Italian, Spanish, or German language skills may be required depending on the hiring location.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities, supported by analytical, creative, and solution-focused thinking.
  • Persistence, resilience, and confidence when handling difficult contractual matters and resolving disputes.
  • A proactive, self-directed working style with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
  • Availability to travel when required.
