Financial Analyst II - North Carolina Remote

Trillium Health Resources is hiring a remote Financial Analyst II in North Carolina to support financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliations, payment arrangements, and reporting for its behavioral health managed care operations.

Tavsif

  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to inform business planning and decisions.
  • Use accounting principles to evaluate financial data and produce reports.
  • Compile monthly expense and direct-cost summaries with supporting analysis.
  • Track financial performance metrics and investigate trends and variances.
  • Assess payment arrangements.
  • Help maintain financial accuracy, compliance, and performance.
  • Support Trillium Health Resources, a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization serving 46 counties in North Carolina.

Talablar

  • Qualify through one of these pathways: a high school diploma or GED plus six years of relevant accounting, finance, business, or financial analysis experience; an associate degree plus four years of relevant experience; a bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant experience includes financial data analysis and reporting, journal entries, or account reconciliations.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Reside in North Carolina.
  • Be able to travel within the assigned catchment area as needed.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
  • Experience with provider payment operations, financial reconciliations, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable financial system is preferred.
  • Pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
