- Rotate through three areas of finance, which may include Tax, Treasury, Accounting and Reporting, or Forecasting and Budgeting
- Build technical capability, commercial understanding and insight into how finance supports business performance and growth
- Support business projects and initiatives
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple functions
- Develop an understanding of the financial and commercial decisions shaping Arriva
- Complete Arriva’s two-year graduate development programme
- Explore potential career directions while establishing a foundation in finance
Talablar
- Hold or be on track to complete a degree in any subject
- A 2:1 is preferred, although strong 2:2 applications will be considered
- Have the permanent right to work in the UK
- Be available to start the programme in September 2027
- Be willing to travel when required by the programme
- Show curiosity, initiative and confidence in continuing to learn
- Work comfortably with data and numerical information
- Analyse problems, recognise trends and draw well-supported conclusions
