Tavsif

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for fabrication operations.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and manufacturing financial reports.
  • Report factory financial results, production variances, and operating expenses.
  • Explain actual results against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs across labor, overhead, materials, purchase price variances, scrap, yield, and absorption.
  • Compare standard and actual costs, and support updates to standard costing.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and track corrective actions.
  • Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliations, reserves, and physical inventory procedures.
  • Direct fabrication budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Model the financial effects of production volumes, utilization, ramp plans, yield changes, and operating scenarios.
  • Track manufacturing capital spending and support capital forecasts and reporting.
  • Assess the financial impact of tools, equipment, facility investments, and fab expansion programs.
  • Work with fabrication leaders and teams across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, procurement, and finance.
  • Support data-informed decisions and take part in operational and financial reviews.
  • Maintain internal controls and uphold accounting policies and audit requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and address control gaps.
  • Enhance factory finance reporting, forecasting, analytics, ERP, costing, and reporting systems.
  • Simplify and standardize processes, automate work, and improve data quality and transparency.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Substantial finance, controlling, or cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing variances, and financial planning.
  • Experience with month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
  • Strong analytical ability, including turning large data sets into practical business insights.
  • Ability to collaborate across operations, engineering, supply chain, and senior leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel-based financial modeling.
  • Semiconductor, high-tech, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with fab metrics such as yield, scrap, cycle time, utilization, and cost absorption preferred.
  • Experience in capital-intensive manufacturing operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of internal controls, audit support, and compliance processes preferred.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA considered an advantage.
