Environmental Health and Safety Compliance and Assurance Manager - UK Hybrid
Lead UK-wide EHS compliance, audits, and assurance across Autoglass and Laddaw. Apply regulatory expertise, data analysis, and technology across multi-site operations.
Tavsif
- Lead UK-wide EHS compliance, assurance, and audit programmes
- Carry out audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, and oversee actions through closure
- Maintain legal compliance registers and track legislative and regulatory developments
- Help maintain and enhance ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Serve as the subject matter expert for EHS reporting tools, dashboards, and performance data
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support external assurance work, including ISO certification, EcoVadis, ESOS, and customer audits
- Work with operational leaders to improve risk management, compliance, and safe working practices
- Provide reporting and insights to support leadership decisions and organisational learning
- Report to the Head of EHS and Responsible Business
Talablar
- NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in EHS compliance, assurance, auditing, or management systems
- Strong understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Experience supporting ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 frameworks
- Strong analytical skills, including using systems, data, and technology to improve performance
- Ability to influence stakeholders and turn complex requirements into practical solutions
- Experience in a multi-site operational environment is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
